WHAT’S BodySculp?

The four diode laser applicators used in BodySculp transmit laser energy deep into the hypodermis, where it may efficiently target fat tissue without damaging the skin’s surface. The damaged adipose cells are subsequently flushed out through the lymphatic system, leading to a decrease in overall body fat. Each diode laser applicator is designed to provide lipolysis with little risk to the patient and maximum comfort.

The BodySculp uses laser technology to selectively target and heat fat cells (without harming any other tissues) to the point where they can no longer exist. They will be eliminated through the lymphatic system during the next several days to weeks. Results for patients should be seen in two to six weeks, with the full effect being seen in three months.

A 24-percent decrease in fat in the treated region is expected after a single treatment session. About 6-8 weeks after finishing a course of therapy, you should start to notice the final benefits. The laser treatment ensures that the removed cells cannot return. Maintaining the fat loss you’ve achieved should be a priority. BodySculp patients need to have a BMI of 32 or below before treatment can begin. When it comes to severe obesity, BodySculp is not a therapy choice.
