Lip lines can appear on anyone – it is a normal part of aging as the skin loses elasticity. Dr. Croland can help you achieve a more youthful appearance by injecting Platelet Rich Fibrin (PRF) or facial fillers like Radies or Restalyn DFine into the area around your mouth.

To maintain a youthful appearance, Dr. Croland will recommend using sunscreen after your treatment. He will recommend a treatment plan just for you, with ongoing follow up appointments to maintain your youthful appearance after you minimize the lip lines around your mouth.

FAQs About Lip Lines

PRF (Platelet Rich Fibrin), dermal fillers or a collagen stimulators (Radies) are injected into the lips.

PRF lasts about 2 weeks but it is regenerative, dermal fillers last 6-12 months or more.

There is some discomfort associated with injections. Dr. Croland strives to minimize discomfort by applying a topical numbing solution prior to the procedure.
